We have 10 years experience shooting in South and Central America, but our clients respond mainly to our extensive experience shooting in the general market in the United States. It is our experience dealing directly with American and European agencies that allows us to provide such superior production services for these markets.

El Camino Films base of operations is in the southern capital of Montevideo, Uruguay, and we have satelite offices in Argentina. The company was founded with the intention of offering competent, high quality production services for comercial productions priginating in North America and Europe.

First company, specifically dedicated to production services in Uruguay.
Nicolás Aznárez and Chris Romano merged themselves in order to develop this new enterprise, after meeting and working together in A Band Apart (Los Angeles – USA), Quentin Tarantino´s mythical company.
With more than 15 years of experience shooting in North, Central and South America, mostly for Anglo Saxon clients, we know – first hand – the international key requirements of the industry, in order to satisfy all needs.

We opened our doors in 2004, and after 3 years of work (March 2007) one of the best production companies of Los Angeles (MJZ), together with Frederick Bond (top 10 best advertising directors) and Guillermo Navarro (2007 Oscar Winner for best photography, for The Ladyrinth of the Faun) chose us for the new Absolut vodka world campaign, after 16 years without doing TV commercials.
Also In June 2007 Brazilian O2 Filmes confirmed El Camino Films as responsible for the production of part of the new feature film, entitled “Blindness”, of talented Fernando Meirelles, together with César Charlone (Oscar nominee for best photography, for City of God) and based on the Nobel Prize winner, José Saramago´s story.

El Camino Films based its operations in Montevideo, Uruguay, and has strategic associations in Argentina and Brazil.

With more than 80 international advertisings and vast experience in feature films, El Camino Films stands out as one of the most respectable filming options and with greatest experience in Uruguay.
